P90X

Tonight after Jimmy got home from work, we hit the workout. Chest, back and triceps-using weights ranging from 3 lb to 10 lb for this set. Set the video camera up to do a video journal and ran out of sd card. Seriously!!! Anyway we are at week 7, six more weeks left. The workout is the easy part and it kicks my tail. The hard part is figuring out the nutrition plan.  Have been trying to eat a high protein and low carb diet. It is bloody hard to eat less than 50 grams of carbs a day!! Figuring out how to eat things that taste good and not just piecing things together is a nightmare. Maybe it will get easier!!
